General Ordering Information

Set up charges:
$60.00(G) per colour, per size for cups, plates, cup sleeves and swizzle sticks.
Napkins – low volume, ink printed $60.00(G) per colour.
Napkins – low volume, foil stamped $60.00(G).
Napkins- high volume, $100.00 (G) per colour.

Production time:
10-15 working days after all approvals are received on most items. Higher volumes will take longer. Contact customer service for current production times. After a PO is sent to us, we will respond with a faxed sales order, art proof, and credit card authorization form. We require all copies signed to proceed with production. Orders will be delayed until all approvals are received.

Rush service:
Offered on certain products @ 20% extra or $50.00(G) minimum. Check with factory for availability and timing.

Artwork:
We require vectored art in EPS format. Illustrator version CS5 or lower. Unless advised, we size artwork to best fit the imprint areas. Art must be sent in proper format. Any changes,including typesetting will incur a minimum art charge of $50.00(x) per hour. Thin lines under 1 pt and font under 9pt will disappear or fill in. No halftones or gradients. Logos with circles on cups will appear oval dueto the taper of the cup. Screens, plates, and films remain property of The Printed Drinkware Company.

Proof:
No cost for a faxed proof. Additional charge of $5.00(x) per proof revision, plus applicable art charges indicated above. Please allow 1 working day for proof.

Preproduction samples:
We can offer preproduction samples only on certain products. Please inquire.

Over / Under:
We attempt exact counts on most items. High volume items are accepted and subject to +/- 10% and billed accordingly.

Standard Inks:
Our standard uncoated ink colours are: Red 032, Black, White, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Green 341, Pantone Yellow, Orange 21, Pantone Violet, Pantone Purple. There is no extra charge for using standard ink colours.

PMS Match:
Uncoated PMS ink colour match is $40.00 (G) per colour. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PMS MATCHES due to variations in substrate materials, substrate colours, light source interpretation, pH levels of paper, and recycled content in the products.

Shipping:
All shipments are FOB Concord, ON and when available, Buffalo, NY. Shipments via FEDEX. We are not responsible for freight delays, customs brokerage charges, duty/tax charges or product damages after the goods leave our factory. All claims are to be made by the distributor to the carrier. Split shipments @ $10.00(G) each location.

Payment:
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Samples:
Samples are free. We encourage sample requests to avoid product misrepresentation. All samples are sent regular post. For expedited service, please provide your courier and your account number.

Less than minimum is not offered.

Cancellation/Changes of order after final approvals are received will be billed according to what costs have been incurred (min $15.00x per change) determined by us. Restocking fees on blank products when offered, are 30%. Special order/printed items are non cancellable and non returnable.

Size, price, and product descriptions may change without notice due to availability.

Due to oils, resins, molds, and dye lots used in manufacturing, products could vary in colour, show abrasion marks, dots on the image or scratches. This is considered normal and not a defect.
